Freshmen poets contribute to Arbor Day celebration

Students in Molly Arroyo’s English 9 class wrote poems dealing with trees. The poems were planted with the new trees for IUN’s Arbor Day. The trees were planted all over Indiana University Northwest’s campus.

The trees were planted in groups of five or six by IUN students and local high school students who read the poems before they were planted.
