Prom allows for the upperclassmen to enjoy high school one last time. The dance is meant to be for upperclassmen, so if underclassmen students went, should they stress as much? Should anyone put more stress than enjoyment into prom?

Prom is important to many because “it is a chance for us students to be dressed up,” said junior Paige Fanning.

Senior Marissa Anderson said, “It is the last chance to sit down with the upperclassmen and it’s our last big moment for the seniors.”

“Organization and time to get ready,” said junior Madelyn Smigla.

“They should stress as much as us girls, they have to look as good as us girls,” said Valdez.

“In my opinion, prom is for upperclassmen, (underclassmen) shouldn’t have as much to stress over,” said Anderson.

“Prom is supposed to be fun and enjoyable,” said math teacher Christopher Tomsci.
